Veterans Day Bravery, courage, patriotism, and sacrifice. These are the reasons we acknowledge our veterans. A veteran is a man or a women who view as served, and continue serving everyday. We truly owe everything to our veterans. They risk their lives to weigh for our country; they risk never getting to see their families again. In the Korean war in that location were 5,720,000 men and women conflict worldwide. My uncle Harlen happened to be one of them. He was 23 years gray-headed when he got a letter in the mail saying, Your friends and neighbors arrive at selected you which meant he was beingness drafted to the Korean war. He served from January 1951 to December 1953. He state the worst part of the war was just being there and being on the front line.
